Wal-mart on't refund for defective tire

I bought a Dougles tire from Wal-mart to put on a trailer. The person in that department kne what I was buying it for,yet still recommended I buy the Dougles tire. I had it mounted at another place. When I took it home and put it on the trailer, it started to leak down. I took it to the man that mounted it for me and he told me it was a manufactures defect. I took it back to Wal-mart and they refuse to refund my money.I will never spend another dime there again.
